Danny Wayne “Boone” Hunter, 64, of Denton, passed away on Saturday, November 3, 2012 at Denton Regional Medical Center. He was born December 31, 1947 in Gadsden, Alabama to Cletis and Audrey (O’Bryant) Hunter. He was married to the late Jeri Lewis, who preceded him in death on June 24, 1994. He attended public schools and was in the truck tire business with his father. Mr. Hunter is survived by his brother, T. W. Hunter of Denton, TX and five nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, and two brothers, J. M. Hunter and Lance Hunter. A memorial service will be held at 2 P.M. on Thursday, November 8, 2012 in the chapel of Mulkey-Mason, Jack Schmitz and Son Funeral Home, 705 N. Locust, Denton with Rev. Dickie Amyx officiating.
