William Joseph Smith 86 of Dallas, passed away on April 5, 2012 in Dallas. He was born April 11, 1925 in Dallas to Earnest and Mildred (Brooks) Smith. He was a Graduate of Highland Park High School, and served in World War 11 with the 2nd Infantry Division of the Army. He was married to Mary Elizabeth Landers on September 7, 1946 in Longview, TX He was a member of the Presbyterian Church and was retired Sales Manager.

Mr. Smith is survived by his wife Mary Smith of Dallas, daughter Maelyn Hamby of Dallas, sons Earnest Smith of Dallas and Brooks Smith and wife Charlie of Mesquite, Grandchildren, Kenton Smith, Branden Smith, Elizabeth Vestel and Husbnad Brett, son Rett, Avry Smith.

A family graveside service and Burial was held on Friday, April 6, 2012 at Roselawn Memorial Park with Rev. Sam Redfearn officiating. Mulkey-Mason, Jack Schmitz and Son Funeral Home, 705 N.
