James Theodore Robertson, 73, of Denton, TX, passed away on Tuesday, March 20, 2012 at Texas Presbyterian Hospital of Denton after a short illness. He was born January 27, 1939 in Aurora, Illinois to Calvin Dewey and Lela Mae (Bryan) Robertson. He was a special needs school bus driver for the Denton Independent School District after a long career in Marketing in Chicago, Illinois and Dallas, Texas. Jim served in the Army Reserve and was a graduate of the University of Illinois. Mr. Robertson is survived by his spouse, Sherry R. Brown of Denton, daughter Michele Stover of Charlotte, NC, sister, Doris Potter of Stanton, CA, brother Lawrence and wife, Nora of Big Rock, IL. and brother Kenneth Robertson of Batavia, IL. Jim had two grandchildren, Paige and Flynn of Charlotte, NC. Private family memorial services will be held at a later date. Mr. Robertson loved children and was an advocate of good education.
